Featuring Creek-side and Mountain View cabins with Hot Tubs, Campfire Pits, Privacy, Hiking Trails, Fishing and much more.  All of our cabins are conveniently located to White Water Rafting, Tubing on Deep Creek, Antique Shops, The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Harrah's Casino, Skiing, Biltmore House, and we are just an hours drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.  With sleeping for just a family of 2 or 4 or large gatherings of 8-100 people, we have you covered.

Timber Frame Rentals:  Base all your activities from our beautiful timber frame homes located between Franklin & Highlands NC. The Pond House sits on 2.7 private acres with views of pasture, pond and 5 mountain ranges from almost every room. Very peaceful and serene setting. The Pond House sleeps up to 6 with a double Master Bedroom floor plan. Master and a Guest Bedroom on the Main Floor, second Master is located upstairs. A side screened-in porch with outdoor fireplace is where you will spend all your time relaxing after a great hike.
The Cottage sits on 2.5 wooded acres with a natural spring fed stream meandering through the property. Quiet, peaceful setting with huge timber framed porch that faces the stream with outdoor fireplace. The Cottage sleeps up to 10 (8 privately). Master on Main Floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs and finished lower level guest suite/entertainment area (great for kids). 
Both homes feature indoor & outdoor fireplaces, fully stocked gourmet kitchens, washer/dryer, private baths, linens, upscale furnishings & decor, wireless internet service & DirecTV. All the comforts of home have been thought of. 828-421-0352
